Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are weight-based and automatically calculated at checkout to ensure the most economical delivery option is selected. Unless an expedited method is chosen and available in your area, our system will default to the best standard shipping rate.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost and must be selected during checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.

Return Policy

At ChewStixx.com, we are committed to providing the highest quality therapeutic sensory tools to meet the specialized needs of our customers. Due to the nature of our products and in compliance with strict health and safety regulations, we have established the following return policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise. A product is considered defective if it exhibits a manufacturing flaw that renders it unusable or nonfunctional for its intended purpose, as determined by our quality assurance team.

  • The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided, including your order number and contact information.

Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

Due to the oral and therapeutic nature of many of our items, including but not limited to Chew Stixx™, oral chews, chewy necklaces, pencil toppers, and mouth tools, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on used, opened, or unsealed products. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that show any sign of use
  • Products that have been removed from original packaging
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Return for Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at sales@chewstixx.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A detailed description of the defect
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return. Do not send items back without an RMA number, as they will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the item is found not to be defective or has signs of use, no refund will be issued, and the product will be discarded for health and safety reasons.
